  • 1. What are the lease terms?

    We offer all lease terms between 7-14 months.

  • 2. What is the pet policy?

    We welcome both dogs and cats with a one-time fee and deposit; certain breed restrictions do apply.

  • 3. Who manages your community?

    Lincoln Property Company proudly manages Mirabella Apartments. We are one of the largest management companies in the nation, where "our reputation is our foundation".

  • 4. How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A fee of $45 per person and $50 per married couple is required to begin processing the application.

  • 5. How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • 6. When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due by the 1st of every month but is not considered late until the 4th.

  • 7. What are the office hours?

    Monday-Friday: 9-6 pm
    Saturday: 10-5 pm
    Sunday: 1-5 pm

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.

  • 11. Do you require the residents to use a particular cable company?

  • 12. When is the fitness center, conference room and pool open?

    Fitness center: 24 hours
    Conference room: during regular office hours
    Pool: 8am-10pm
