  • What are the lease terms?

    We offer all lease terms between 2-12 months.

  • What is the pet policy?

    We welcome both dogs and cats with a one-time fee and deposit; certain breed restrictions do apply.

  • Who manages your community?

    Lincoln Property Company proudly manages Mirabella Apartments. We are one of the largest management companies in the nation, where "our reputation is our foundation".

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. A fee of $45 per person and $60 per married couple is required to begin processing the application.

  • How soon will I know whether or not I'm approved?

    Once you have completed the application and paid the application fee, we will usually have an answer within 24-48 hours.

  • When is rent due/late?

    Rent is due on the first of the every month, late fees are assessed beginning on the 3rd of the month.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
    Saturday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
    Sunday: Closed

  • Which electricity provider is the most affordable?

    You are welcome to choose any cable and phone provider you would like. Here are some suggestions:

  • When is the fitness center, conference room and pool open?

    Fitness center: 24 hours
    Conference room: during regular office hours
    Pool: 8am-10pm
